CREATIVE ADVENTURE ART 2017

It's that time of the year again for student summer art fun! Creative Adventure Summer Art Program (CASAP) is celebrating its 17th year anniversary. The program will be held at 22B Strand Street in Christiansted. Students ages 7-12 will learn artistic techniques from several local artists. Selected artists will teach subjects such as Photography, Pottery, Drawing, Painting, Collage, Printing, Drama, and Poetry. Session One lessons begin June 26, until July 15, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm.

Every year we offer a safe, creative, and stimulating learning environment. Students will learn artistic techniques and skills from some of St. Croix’s leading artists: The Art of Pottery by Sara Lee Hayes, Watercolor Painting Techniques by Elwin Joseph, Imaginative Recycled Art Papier Mache by Danica David, and African Dance by Dembaya Arts. Other skills such as Photography, Drawing, Collage, Printing, Drama and Poetry are taught by David and other local artists.

To enhance student learning, class sizes are small, therefore, space is limited. Please take advantage of our early enrollment offer. Early enrollment deadline is Saturday, May 20, 2017.
